- Why didn't I get a confirmation email for my order?
First, check your email SPAM settings and make sure that you are able to receive emails from sales@paylessmedsupply.com. You may also add our email in your Addressbook to help prevent our email going directly into your SPAM. - How do I find the status of my order?
You can find the status of your order by visiting our Order Status page. We also send email from time to time notifying you about the status of your order. - My order status still says "Processing" - why is that?
Your order status will change to "Complete" once we update your order. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order will ship within 24 hours. All orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday, at 12 P.M. EST. If your order was placed after 12:00 P.M. EST it will not be processed until the following day. - If my item is on backorder, how long will it take?
First, our sincere apologies. Our customer service department will send you an email with the estimated arrival time of any product that is on backorder from the manufacturer/distributor. When the item becomes available, it will ship within 24 hours of it arriving to the warehouse. - How do I return/exchange an item?

The easiest way to unsubscribe from our email list is to click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email. You could also login to your User Account and unsubscribe at the bottom of the Overview page. - How do I change the email address on my account?
Because your email address is your account identifier, you, unfortunately, cannot change it on your account. If you absolutely must change your email address, you will need to contact customer service. However, since your orders are linked to the previous email address, your previous orders will only be accessible with the old email address. - Is the ordering process secure?
Yes. Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to consistently protect your personal information. Our ordering process is 100% secure from beginning to end. - Is my order subject to sales tax?
Your order is subject to tax. This rate is calculated at checkout based on your local address location. This does not include the subtotal after coupons have been applied. - Do you bill insurance?
We do not have any type of relationship with insurance companies and do not bill insurance companies. By remaining independent of insurance companies, we can maintain persistently low prices for our customers.
