Order Acceptance and Cancellation

By placing an order on our website, you agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

 

Order Refusal Policy

If a package is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs incurred by us. Once the package is back in our warehouse, subject to inspection, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment after deducting any applicable return shipping charges and restocking fee. The restocking fee will be credited as reward dollars and can be used towards a future order. The return shipping charge will apply even if you were originally not charged any shipping due to a free shipping promotion. This policy does not apply to packages that appear to have been damaged during shipping.

 

Delivery Policy

Standard UPS/USPS shipping rates are only available to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO).

Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24 business hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight and Saturday delivery options are not available.

 

Estimated Arrival of Order

Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. For exceptions, see the estimated delivery and transit times below:

  • Economy: 7-10 business days
  • Standard: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days
  • Rush: 1-2 business days

We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

 

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

 

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Military APO, FPO and DPO

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Free or discounted shipping promotions, or discounted pricing promotions, may not apply to incontinence/diaper supplies, liquids, wheelchairs, and some of our other over-sized items. We apologize, but in order to maintain our low regular prices, we are no longer able to always include these medical supply categories in shipping promotions.

 

Cancellation Policy

At Payless Medical Supply, we believe in providing absolute customer satisfaction and pleasant shopping experiences. Most of the items are processed for shipment through our system within few minutes of placing the order. You can cancel your order before the product has been processed for shipment. Once the shipment is processed for departure, returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with HPFY's return policies .

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us at 770-460-7338 or email us. The refund on canceled orders will be credited back to the original method of payment used. Coupons or any special offer applied on the order will not be credited back. Payless Medical Supply reserves the right to cancel any order. The orders can't be changed or modified once processed for shipment.

Prices and Payment Terms

  1. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however, we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
  2. We may offer from time-to-time promotions on our website that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
  3. The following terms may be used by us to communicate pricing information:

    • Pricing presented in black font, often with strikethrough, references pricing that is either the manufacturer's suggested retail price for such product ("MSRP") or another third-party's pricing for the same or very similar products.
    • Reduced pricing (typically, in red font) references our price for a product.
    • "Sale" refers to a reduced price for a product.
    • "Clearance" refers to a reduced price for a product that will be discontinued.

  4. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal for all purchases, and for certain business customers, we accept check or other payment methods if and as agreed in writing.
    You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Website at the time of your order.
